Huygens Widefield Deconvolution Software

Specially designed to take into account the optical properties of all brands of Widefield & Brightfield Microscopes

RAW Widefield
Huygens Deconvolved

With the Widefield & Brightfield optical option in the Huygens software, Widefield & Brightfield Microscope images can be deconvolved with truly stunning results. Huygens deconvolution increases the signal on widefield or brightfield images increases the signal manyfold, the resolution in xyz and, restores from noise. Therefore, the images will be easier to visualize and analyze. The default algorithm used for deconvolution in the Huygens Software is the Classic Maximum Likelihood Estimation (CMLE), but the Good's roughness Maximum Likelihood Estimation (GMLE) algorithm suited for noisy images is also available within the Widefield & Brightfield Optical Option.

"Our images are improved amazingly by the Huygens software. That's why we decided to buy the wide-field microscope deconvolution option, and we are very happy with it! Now we are thinking of buying the PSF distill option as well."
MSc. Di Zi, Leiden Institute of Advanced Computer Science (LIACS), Leiden University, The Netherlands.

"So far Huygens seems to surpass our other products at least for deconvolution and also surface rendering, and most of all, the technical support that you have provided is truly tremendous."
Huong Ha, Neuroscience Program, Stanford University, USA.
