Recommendations for obtaining the best possible image
If Huygens is not performing according to your expectations, it is nearly always that image has been acquired sub-optimally. Most frequently, images are still undersampled and priority is given to a high SNR thus severly limiting the results that true deconvolution and additional restoration can offer.
