The Huygens Localizer can process a variety 2D-3D Single Molecule Localization Microscopy data (SMLM), such as Photoactivated Localization Microscopy (PALM), Stochastic Optical Reconstruction Microscopy (STORM),
Ground State Depletion (GSD) images and DNA PAINT images.

When it comes to 3D, the methods imaging methods PALM, STORM, GSD, DNA-PAINT can be combined with different approaches to encode the depth information. For now we only support astigmatic lenses for 3D. In the future we could add support for other depth encodings if there's enough interest.
