Objects in 3D-5D (multichannel, time series) images can be quickly and easily analyzed with Huygens Object Analyzer. Statistics of objects are produced with just a few button clicks. Learn more.
You can do that very easily:
- Via Colocalization Analyzer: Measure the Co-localization coefficients -> Go to Object Statistics -> select Analyze all
- Via Object Analyzer: Select Experimental preset -> Colocalization
Is it possible to measure the distance between particles in more than 2 channels (at the same time)?
It is only possible to doe measurements between two channels at once. It is however possible to get results of multiple measurements into one table by deselecting the 'Auto clean' option. In this way it is possible to get a single overview with distance measurements of more than 2 channels.
