Objects can be easily segmented and accurately measured in 2D-5D (multichannel, time series) images with the Huygens Object Analyzer. This Object Analyzer includes object-based colocalization analysis for measuring the overlap between objetcs in voxels or volume percentage.
The Colocalization Analyzer is very well suited for obtaining quantitative information about the amount of spatial overlap between structures in different channels for 3D images and 3D-time series.
