Huygens Deconvolved
Huygens' trusted deconvolution, adapted to take the specific spinning disk optical properties of the Clarity and Unity Aurox systems into account. Deconvolution of Aurox data includes an on-the-fly correction for spherical aberration which is caused by any refractive index mismatch between sample and lens medium. This option streamlines your workflow by allowing you to send images from the Aurox acquisition software directly to Huygens for an efficient and easy image processing workflow. Explore the option in Huygens Essential and Professional.

Huygens Deconvolution aids analysis by revealing true detail that is otherwise hidden by PSF image blurring. Now combined with Aurox' laser-free, spinning disk confocal imaging technology, obtain high fidelity at high speed. The patented laser-free technology removes safety and training barriers, and decreasing phototoxicity, together with the automatic Batch Feeder this can vastly decrease the time from experiment to result.

Aurox Wide
Image Description Deconvolved and raw images with a line plot across them. Distinct objects are much more clearly discernable in the deconvolved image from the higher signal, lower signal to noise ratio, and lower background intensity.

The best deconvolution results can be achieved by using a measured PSF extracted with the Huygens PSF Distiller. After deconvolution, images can be used for reliable image analysis, for example with the Huygens Object Analyzer.
