A pre-workshop as part of the "8th International Symposium on Image-based Systems Biology (IbSB 2026)"

This is a unique opportunity - SVI from the Netherlands will offer a pre-symposium ibSB2026 workshop at Leibniz-HKI.

12:00 - 17:00 (Sept. 16) Part 1 Hands-on Workshop with focus on deconvolution/restoration.
Title: Getting the best possible image from your microscope and image 20x longer/faster.

9:00 - 12:00 (Sept. 17) Part 2 Hands-on Workshop with focus on analysis and AI.
Title: Image restoration and relaible analysis.
Location: will be known shortly.
Registration required (see below).

Using Huygens Software, you will learn how September 16th to deconvolve images correctly, and how to identify and correct imaging issues such as blur, noise, crosstalk, drift, chromatic aberration, and vignetting. This will result in high-quality input data for quantitative analysis which will be the next topic on September 17th: reliable colocalization and object analysis and tracking methods.

This workshop is an official part of the pre-workshops of the IbSB 2026 conference and it's strongly adviced to follow both parts of the workshop.

A Huygens Software workshop license and demo images will be made available for computers and personal laptops.

Note: This workshop is open to everyone but limited seats are available, be quick to register! We reserve the right to give people from Leibniz-HKI priority.
