Colocalization analysis at the object level
This section explains how you can perform CoLocalization analysis between different segmentation groups at the object level using the Object Analyzer or the Cluster Analyzer. This colocalization approach differs from pixel-based colocalization analysis, which involves the calculation of coefficients the degree of correlation or co-occurence of signal within different channels), and which can be done with Huygens Colocalization Analyzer.More information on object-based colocalization can be found within the Object Analyzer Expert Tutorial.
