Restoration Parameters
Also called Deconvolution Parameters in the Huygens Software, the Restoration Parameters are those necessary for Doing Deconvolution, together with the Microscopic Parameters that describe the image.
Most general
- Restoration Method
- Point Spread Function image (if not provided, a theoretical PSF will be used instead based on the Microscopic Parameters).
Background
Iterations control
- Maximum number of iterations
- Signal To Noise Ratio
- Quality Change Threshold
- Iteration Mode
- Bleaching correction
- Brick layout
For scripts
A typical example for a two-channel image could be:
- Restoration Method: Classic Maximum Likelihood Estimation
- Point Spread Function: theoretical
- Signal To Noise Ratio: { 14 7 }
- Background Mode: Manual
- Background Per Channel: { 900 2400 }
- Bleaching Mode: Off
- Brick layout: Auto
- Quality Change Threshold: 0.003
- Max Num Of Iterations: 80
- Iteration Mode: Fast
- Padding Mode: auto
- Time Out: 6000
