Specify Sample Orientation
For depth-dependent correction to work properly, the relative position of the coverslip with respect to the first acquired plane of the dataset has to be specified. Is the coverslip placed at the bottom of the dataset, i.e. at lower Z coordinates (as in an inverted microscope), or at the top?
