Huygens Essential: Tailored for beginners and advanced users
Huygens Essential is part of the Huygens Software, tailored for easy deconvolution, restoration, and analysis of all your microscopy images. Deconvolution Express deconvolves all your images fully automatically, and the available Wizard can be used to guide you through the process of deconvolution. Huygens Essential is able to deconvolve a wide variety of 2D-5D images ranging from widefield images to multi-photon, spinning-disk, confocal, Array Detector, STED, VT-iSIM, Rescan, or light-sheet images. Comparison of raw and deconvolved results is facilitated with the dual 4D slicer tool, and powerful and fast 3D renderers produce high quality representations of your data. Based on the same image processing engine as Huygens Professional, Huygens Essential combines the quality and speed of the algorithms, also available in Professional, with the ease of use of a wizard-driven intelligent user interface. Compatible with Windows, MacOS, and Linux, and offering configurations for a computer-locked license, or Everywhere/Floating via a login, usage of Huygens Essential is extremely flexible!
