Join the WhatsNew Huygens 19.10 Webinar.

The upcoming Fall release of Huygens (version 19.10) will include many great new features.
To name just a few:

  • We now officially release the new Huygens Fuser, which is the more interactive and computationally more efficient successor of the Light Sheet Fusion and Deconvolution Wizard

  • 3D Single Molecule Localization Microscopy (SMLM) data analysis is now included in Huygens Localizer.

  • Many new functionalities for Huygens 3D visualization options, such as GPU acceleration for all renderers, perspective projection, more visualization settings, depth-coded colors, and cutting planes within the SFP and Surface renderers.

All other new additions will soon be announced on the Whatsnew page.

Webinar on Huygens 2D+3D Localizer
Among the many new features in the new Huygens 19.10 Suite is the option in Huygens Localizer to analyse 3D Single Molecule Localization Microscopy (SMLM) images.

Huygens Localizer can analyse 2D and 3D SMLM images from many different microscopy set-ups, including PALM, STORM, GSD, or (DNA)-PAINT.

Huygens Localizer stands out in its ease of use with its Wizard and extensive help functions, speed with optimal CPU and GPU usage, and accuracy of 3D Z calibration with Huygens famous PSF Distiller.
Additional estimation and correction for drift and chromatic aberration are optional and rendered images can be visualized and analyzed using the 3D Object Analyzer.

Register here for the 2D and 3D Localizer Webinar on Tuesday, November 19th.
