Webinar on Huygens 2D+3D Localizer Among the many new features in the new Huygens 19.10 Suite is the option in Huygens Localizer to analyse 3D Single Molecule Localization Microscopy (SMLM) images. Huygens Localizer can analyse 2D and 3D SMLM images from many different microscopy set-ups, including PALM, STORM, GSD, or (DNA)-PAINT. Huygens Localizer stands out in its ease of use with its Wizard and extensive help functions, speed with optimal CPU and GPU usage, and accuracy of 3D Z calibration with Huygens famous PSF Distiller. Additional estimation and correction for drift and chromatic aberration are optional and rendered images can be visualized and analyzed using the 3D Object Analyzer.
